Delete a Wanda Customer Account

For the Wanda customer app operated by Wanda Software Qatar / Mahaz Chowdhury.

Delete immediately in the app

Sign in to Wanda.
Open Profile.
Select Delete account.
Read the retention notice, type DELETE, then select Delete permanently.

This permanently deletes the customer-app account and signs the device out.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, send a request from an email address you control. Include your full name and registered phone number so we can locate the correct account. We may ask for proportionate identity verification, but we will never ask for your app passcode.

Email an account deletion request

We aim to acknowledge requests within 24–48 hours and complete verified requests without undue delay, subject to legitimate retention obligations.

Data deleted with the app account

App sign-in credentials and active sessions
Customer-app profile and preferences
Favourites, app reviews, rewards, coupons and memberships linked only to the app account
Push-notification tokens and in-app notifications

Records that may be retained

Separate salon records may be retained where reasonably required for completed or upcoming appointments, services, purchases, packages, refunds, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, safety, or legal and regulatory compliance. Deletion of the Wanda app account does not cancel an appointment or erase a salon’s legally retained transaction record.

Retained records are limited to the relevant purpose and period, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required. Contact the participating salon for requests concerning records it controls.
